Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is printed to order, just for you. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the day your parcel lands.

Production time

All items are made to order. Each one is printed fresh for you, then given time for the ink to fully cure before it's quality checked and packed. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Delivery

Delivery options, prices, and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Times vary by location, and occasionally customs checks or local couriers can add a little extra.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you've bought. If you're not 100% happy, we accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the date your order arrived.

To start a return or exchange, just email support@lionlegion.co.uk and we'll sort you out.

Lost or damaged orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, email us and we'll make it right, usually with a replacement.

Christmas delivery

In the run-up to Christmas we do everything we can to get orders printed, checked, and shipped quickly. Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery speed is out of our hands, so please order early if you need it for a specific date.
